Prior to my career as an artist, I worked in the corporate arena, as a coach and advisor to senior executives. My clients were from numerous Fortune 500 companies in Europe, Asia and the USA. My area of expertise was in organizational effectiveness; this included advisory services to CEOs and management teams on leadership styles and management approaches in times of intense change.
