Submission Guidelines

We have recently revised our submission policy. Please read the following carefully before you consider submitting work:

The Rymer Gallery is not adding new artists at this time. However, we do review submissions occasionally in order to keep artists in mind for group shows.

If you would like to submit work for consideration, please follow the guidelines below. Submissions that do not follow these guidelines will not be considered.

Also, please be aware that because of the large volume of unsolicited submissions we receive, we cannot, and will not, personally respond or offer you a review of your materials.

VIA EMAIL

Artists may submit a link to a website for consideration or 5-10 low resolution (72 dpi) jpegs. If submitting jpegs, please indicate the title, medium, dimension, framed dimension and retail price of each jpeg or attach a Word or Excel document with that information. These submissions may be sent to: info@therymergallery.com.
It is not necessary to send a follow up email. We will get in touch with you only if we are interested.

VIA MAIL

Artists may submit print outs but please DO NOT send originals or slides - they will not be returned under ANY circumstances. Mark your package attn: Submissions. Materials will not be returned under any circumstances. Please do not include a self addressed stamped envelope/SASE, Fed Ex envelope or similar carrier envelope as your materials will not be returned under any circumstances. Additionally, The Rymer Gallery is not responsible for any lost items, obliged to return materials or respond to your inquiry. Please, no phone calls or follow up emails.
